Ilia Topuria captured the empty UFC Lightweight Championship by defeating Charles Oliveira in the first round while completing her adventure prophecy in UFC 317. With this victory, Topuria (17-0 MMA, 9-0 UFC) has become the only 10th fighter in the first undefeated fighter and UFC history to win the title in two divisions. He had left the UFC Featherweight Title in search of the first lightweight Crown.

Oliva started with aggressive legs, but a fast wright hook of Topuria has wounded deep over the right eye of Oliver. Although Oliva achieved Takedown for some time, Tupuria has been reversed, stood and gave a destructive right-left combo and then gave a finishing blow on the ground.

McKinney took advantage of the initial takedown and locked the guillotine in less than a minute.
