His wife Brigitte Poublon, who has been living with him for 29 years, confirmed that stage 4 was killed in his California at three months after the diagnosis of cancer, 2025.

Brigitte’s Emotional Tribute to Her Prince Charming
Brigitte shared a poignant statement about his beloved husband, in which the life spent with him has been depicted. He wrote, "I am giving the news of my dear husband Bobby Sherman's demise very sad." "Bobby left my hand, left this world - just as he had handled our lives with love, courage and unbreakable grace in 29 beautiful years of marriage. I had their Cinderella and they were my prince."
