Disaster Declaration Issued in Kerrville

The Kerrville city has declared the status of the disaster after a frightening flood on the banks of the Guadalupe River, due to which many people have died and the people have been removed on a large scale. On Friday morning, the historic rain wreaked in South Central Texas, causing a "deadly flood wave" and has created a position of four different flash flood emergency in the entire area.

Residents Urged to Seek Higher Ground
