Brandon Blackstock and Brittney Marie Jones – The truth behind their relationship and family life. |
No Children Together
Despite the speculation, it has now been confirmed that Brandon and Brittney did not have any children together. Brandon leaves behind four children from his two previous marriages.
From his first marriage to Melissa Ashworth (2001–2012), he shared:
- Savannah Blackstock, who is now in her early 20s and recently announced she is expecting her second child in early 2026.
- Seth Blackstock, a teenager who has largely stayed out of the public eye.
With his second wife, singer Kelly Clarkson (married 2013–divorced 2022), Brandon had:
- River Rose Blackstock, born June 12, 2014, now 11 years old.
- Remington “Remy” Alexander Blackstock, born April 2016, now 9 years old.
How Brandon and Brittney’s Relationship Began
Brittney Marie Jones is no stranger to Brandon’s world. She worked as Kelly Clarkson’s production assistant between 2016 and 2018, later becoming Brandon’s executive assistant. The two grew closer after Brandon’s separation from Clarkson, and by around 2022, their relationship had reportedly turned romantic.
The couple also worked side by side in Montana, running ventures like Headwaters Livestock Auction and launching the Valley View Rodeo.
A Life Remembered
Brandon’s obituary painted the picture of a devoted father and partner, naming his children and Brittney, but making no mention of his former wives. His death followed a private three-year battle with melanoma.
A celebration of life is scheduled for August 17, 2025, where family, friends, and loved ones will gather to honor his memory.
While Brandon and Brittney’s relationship didn’t produce children, their bond was clearly strong — one built on shared work, life in Montana, and mutual support during his final years.
