Groups and Draw:

In this tournament, 8 top U-20 players have been divided into two groups:

1. Blue Group:

   • Learner Tien (Seed 1) - USA

   • Martin Landaluce (Seed 4) - Spain

   • Nicolai Budkov Kjaer (Seed 5) - Norway

   • Rafael Jodar (Seed 7) - Spain

2. Red Group:

   • Alexander Blockx (Seed 2) - Belgium

   • Dino Prizmic (Seed 3) - Croatia

   • Nishesh Basavareddy (Seed 6) - USA

   • Justin Engel (Seed 8) - Germany

Results of the first day (December 17):

The tournament started with several major upsets:

• Rafael Jodar defeated top seed Learner Tien in a thrilling 5-set match 1-4, 4-3(3), 1-4, 4-2, 4-3(4).

• Nicolai Budkov Kjaer and Martin Landaluce are the only ones who 4-1, 3-4(7), 4-2, 4-3(4)have passed away.

• Nishesh Basavareddy and Dino Prizmic are 4-2, 4-3(7), 3-4(3), 4-2the best.

• Alexander Blockx and Justin Engel say 3-4(7), 4-2, 4-2, 4-2shikast.

Main Results of the second day (December 18):

• Alexander Blockx has almost secured his place in the Semi-finals after defeating Nishesh Basavareddy.

• Dino Prizmic4-1, 2-4, 4-3(3), 4-1 kept his hopes alive in the tournament by defeating Justin Engel .

Tournament Format:

• Matches are best of 5 sets , but each set is only 4 games (tie-break at 4-4).

• The top two players from each group will advance to the Semi-finals (Saturday, 20 Dec), and the Final will be held on Sunday (21 Dec).
